Advanced Planning Steps

An Affordable Cremation Option

If you have decided to start planning ahead, we commend you. Here below, we have compiled information to assist you in completing this important task.


Step One: Information Compiling and Review

This step begins right here with a review of our information. We have tried to make this thorough without burdening you with a lot of written materials. If you have further questions about Tri State Cremation Society that are not answered here, please call our office so that someone may assist you.


Step Two: Decide which level of Planning is right for you.

•  Registered Member – Completed Membership Information Form and the completed Cremation Authorization Form. We will record and file your information and send you a wallet-size identification card.

•  Prefunded Member – Completed statistical information including a Personal Data Form and the Cremation Authorization Form filed with our office. Contract is pre-funded and current price is guaranteed to never require your family further expenses. (Time payment or lump sum payment is accepted by cash or check for your pre-funded contract.)


Step Three: Complete and return the necessary forms to Tri-State Cremation Society.

•  Registered Member – Complete Membership Information Form, and the Cremation Authorization Form then mail, fax, or bring it to our office.

•  Prefunded Member –This step takes the financial and emotional burden off your loved ones. Call our office to arrange a mutually convenient time to meet with one of our staff members at our facility or your home. During this meeting you will complete the Membership Information Form, Th
e Contract, the Cremation Authorization Form, and any other necessary paperwork. This step takes the financial and emotional burden off your loved ones.
